I had an appointment at 9 AM on a Tuesday. I called on Monday morning at 9 AM but no one answered and the call went to voicemail. I called again but again, the call went to voicemail. Since I have work and can't spend all day calling, I had to go back to work and called again on my next break at 10 AM which is now 23 hours before my appointment. The receptionist who answered the call was not understanding and rude and demanded that I had to be charged 50% of my appointment even though I did call 24 hours before my appointmen... read more
Business response:
Sushil is not being honest. We have phone records and the accounts of our manager who shared that she called at 10:27am the day before cancelling a 9am appointment. She knew she was subject to being charged and is now trying to revise her story to seem like she was treated unjustly. This is not fair to our small business or our team.
