They do not care about the patients. They care about the money the receptionists is a real jerk who shouldn’t have EVER been working in mental health ( also liked to talk really loudly about what we owe and would talk to us like we were dumb) they have messed up our paper work a couple times now and they just all around shouldn’t be a first option.
The providers were always great and have helped me immensely. The only issue I've had is getting meds refilled, sometimes going weeks without them because paperwork doesn't get sent to my insurance. Have no issues with my other providers with meds.
The first visit was long, but went okay, and the nurse practitioner seemed nice, however with each new visit, I felt as though, I was not being treated as well, and the last visit, I felt like crying as I was leaving. I have severe anxiety disorder along with other disorders, and one of my medicines needs to be called in by a NP, or doctor with a special license. I am unable to get medicaid, so I was self-pay, which is not cheap. She wanted to see me every 6 weeks, but being poor, this was very expensive for me. At around my... read more
