I absolutely loved Erika. She was very personable and outgoing. Despite my relatively reserved/shy personality, I did not feel uncomfortable. I usually have a hard time finding a good stylist because I have thick naturally wavy hair and 0 desire to do anything but put it up and maybe brush it. Erika really worked with me to teach me about how to put my hair up better to protect my baby hairs.
