I was running low on toner and discovered Be Green Ink through a Google search. I ordered the toner, and they received the money, but I still haven't received the package after two months. I contacted and never received a response. I wondered if they were still in business.
I notice a lot of these reviews are old, I guess it is all good till it's not. I have returned a non OEM ctn of toner that I had purchased becuase the link I followed directed me there, I only order OEM and had purchased it for a few years from Be Green Ink, til they stopped being able to carry it. I was surprised when I saw the link for OEM Toner, so I thought they were carrying it again. They weren't, the link just took you non oem. Are they even in business anymore...?? I use to deal with them because of their great prices and wonderful customer service, however, it has been a terrible experience as of late.
I found myself running low on toner and found Be Green Ink in a Google search. I purchased a complete color pack for my HP LaserJet because of the great price. Over time, I replaced the toner cartridges as needed. They worked fine until I recently installed the Cyan toner cartridge. Immediately after installing and printing it began to leak and left Cyan (blue) drops and smears on the left side of my printed documents. Happy customer since Dec 2017. They service is super great, and their customer service is amazing. Never run into troubles at all. If I have a problem one of my cartridges they will replace it a no cost. Believe me when I say their prices are unbeatable, because they are! 100% AAA+++
