John was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! My carpet looks and smells brand new for a great price. Will definitely be scheduling with Be Green for our regular cleanings!
I have mixed feelings about the cleaning service. The technician, John, was extremely nice and did a good job removing the stain from my carpet. However, he was wearing his outdoor shoes while walking all over the carpet, which made me feel like the carpet was actually dirtier than before. As the carpet started to dry, you could clearly see shoe prints throughout the carpet. The shoe prints were also left all over my wood floors. I mopped the floors three times with a Swiffer, but I could still see the shoe prints afterward.... read more

Great experience! They were able to accommodate my schedule and book me very quickly, which I really appreciated. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Everything looks fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again!
