The whole process was a great experience. Easy scheduling. When Ben arrived, he introduced himself and walked me through the process. He did and in depth look over the carpets and did a test spot to show me how the process worked, went over the invoice and began the service. I could NOT be happier, not only with his proffessional service, the newer look and fee of my 8-yr old W2W carpeting, but also his good nature and sense of humor. He helped me move my couch and coffee table as my back is toast. The price was right. Never an upsell or nickle+diming about dimenssions-- because I accurately measured before my purchase.
