John Valentine was my tech and was AMAZING! (I have a busy house, a large dog, 2 cats and live in the middle of the woods so this service was needed.) He took extra care where I asked and my carpet looks brand new! Very pleased with this service and will definitely use again and again. Everything from booking, communication, professionalism etc was top notch! 5 star highly recommend!!
