Be Great used to be an incubator, but now is a co-working space. It takes up one floor of a 21 story building. It is owned by Lin Ming, who generally does the fireside chats. Some say Be Great is a little over the top, but really I think they are trying to find a way to stand out from all the other co-working spaces.
