Be Fit Yoga truly is named correctly. I am new to yoga and went many years without any organized exercise program . I was fearful I would hurt myself due to so much hardware in my body due to spine , shoulder, knee and ankle surgeries but my fears were put to rest with the evaluation process at Be Fit Yoga. Warren is an amazing instructor and going to this class has really changed my mind on yoga. Before be fit, I had been to several unsatisfactory yoga classes but this class has exceeded my expectations and has really helped me physically and spiritually.

My friend invited me to go with her to her yoga class. It’s been a long time since I’ve done yoga but really enjoyed the class. I was thinking before I went in, if this guy can get me to relax he’s worth a million bucks. Especially this week as busy as it’s been. Well… mission accomplished. I’m impressed. Looking forward to the next class and the long term benefits this will have on my health and mindset.
