Do not move here! There are major water issues. Multiple times with no hot water. A pipe burst in my wall and flooded my apartment. Despite being assured the problem that caused the flooding was fixed in all the units, today another unit flooded and the water was shut off again to the entire building. Despite what the management says, there are major problems with the water here. Also, there are security issues because the keypads and fobs are often out of service.
