Mike at BD Tuning is great! He went above and beyond in my experience in getting a stage 1+ ECU tune and stage 1 DSG tune on my 2017 GTI. Mike is very honest and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and well taken care of. Every time I called him...he either answered right away or returned my call within a few minutes. Great customer service and support from him and the Unitronic support guys. Owner was out of town on business and I needed a flash that day. he still saw to getting me flashed even while he was over seas!!! Great customer service!!!
