Joe installed our Alia X51 on Monday and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and the installation was done well and everything is working as intended. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking to have a water fiter unit installed in their own house.
We had a new Alia Instant boiler, chilled&sparkling filter water tap installed in our kitchen by Joe. He was super efficient with the installation and very helpful with explaining how it all works. 1000% recommended! Will definitely be reaching out to Joe in the future for any plumbing or gas issues
Came out and inspected leaking pipe on a Sunday. Prompt service, kept us informed at every stage of the job and quality work.
So happy with the service. Another plumber said the toilet needed replacing but this guy actually fixed it and saved me from a 1k bill. Super honest and knew exactly what he was doing (not many tradies do these days). Highly recommend him.
I had a blocked drain and got Joe to come out after getting a quote from a few other plumbers as price seemed reasonable and he sounded the most professional. He put the camera down and showed me exactly where the blockage was and fixed it. Happy and will recommend to friends.
