Where do I start with BDS Plumbing. Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very transparent from the get go. I had a blocked pipe in my bathroom and he was able to rectify the issue within 30 mins. I asked Joe about filtration systems for the home and if he knew someone that could do them. Joe was able to install a filtration system for me a week later and did an absolutely clean job. I totally forgot to book in my Sydney water back flow test that was due and Joe was able to fit me in on the same day to get it done. Very appreciative of his efforts.

I haven’t needed a plumber in a while and was scared to hire one but the plumber was so kind, respectful and explained everything clearly to me. He didn’t have any hidden costs and made a stressful situation so much easier so cannot thank him enough for that. Highly recommend this company.

Joe installed our Alia X51 on Monday and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and the installation was done well and everything is working as intended. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Joe to anyone looking to have a water fiter unit installed in their own house.
