Only negative is they don't repair the wall/floor when they are done. However, the product works as advertised. My basement is dry!
B-Dry gave us our basement back. They worked quick and efficiently to dry out basement out. I would recommend them to anyone having water issues in their basement.

If you made an investment in purchasing a house & you found out that your basement isn't as dry as it should be. Make the investment in a BDry system. We have our system since the 80's. Best investment we have made!!
We had experienced cellar water and a lot of it at times - always damp. Once b'dry came they channeled around basement, filled with stone, etc - no problem since in cellar.... took several days of work, but they were clean efficient and thorough. GREAT job
Bill was honest that I did not need any of the work that other companies tried to sell me. He went the extra mile to explain why I did not need him! It was refreshing that kind of person still exists.

I "inherited" a B Dry system when I bought my house seven years ago. It has performed just fine the entire time. A few years ago I had an inquiry when a drain hose caused me to istakenly believe the system failed. A quick recommendation of a checklist revealed and corrected the problem. I also made a call when I was upgrading systems in my home and got terrific recommendations for the company on power supply systems. This is a professional company.
We installed a BDry system in our country home when we purchased it several years ago. The awfully damp, wet, moldy basement dried out in a couple weeks and stayed dry since. The system worked perfectly to our full satisfaction.
