Excellent service and products. Have been a customer for 13 years.
Purchased a $600 EDPM liner from these guys and got it home and installed and it leaks. Rob said not to worry they'd figure something out and after making numerous phone calls and text messages to them that went unanswered, they finally emailed saying that they're not going to do anything about it. Will not be doing business here again! Btw you can find the exact same liners online for less than half the price! Wish we would've looked before giving these people our business.

NO WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND THE PERSONAL ASSISTANCE THAT YOU GIVE ME EVERY TIME THAT I SHOP WITH YOU. MY POND IS DOING SO MUCH BETTER WITH THE WINTERIZING COMBINATION THAT I GOT FROM BDR. THE WATER IS FINALLY CLEARING UP AND FISH ARE MUCH HAPPIER!
These guys are fantastic! We moved into our new house a couple years ago and inherited the backyard pond that came with it. I knew nothing about taking care of a pond and the guys at BDR were, and continue to be, incredibly helpful. They know everything there is to know and are very friendly!
