I do not often post reviews but decided I would post one for BDR Custom Homes because my experience with them has been so positive. I have been an agent for over 15 years and have been working with BDR for most of these years as a listing agent for many BDR high end homes and a representative for many BDR Custom clients. I invested in one of BDR's home developments in Bellevue. The project was delivered over 2 years late and I did not receive all of my principal back. I personally would not invest in one of their projects again. There are much better options out there than BDR.
