I loved my experience with BDP - they were super friendly from the point of checkin as well as the overall appointment with Dr. Kershner. Another year without needing glasses. Thanks BDP fam!
It was really difficult to get an appointment here, every time I called I was sent to voicemail and didn't receive a call back for days. I really wish they had an online scheduling portal! Once I finally got the appointment, the staff was very nice and I had a really good experience with Dr. Raymond. She took some extra time with me to discuss some issues I have been having recently.
I love have friendly the staff is every time I walk into the door!
