She is by far the worst person iv ever encountered in any business or company. Shes the most dishonest, uneducated, woman to do business with. We rented a place for two years which had faulty wiring “they didn’t know about” which means they don’t do ANY safety specs, rental got appraised and found carbon monoxide plus the wiring issue which could have caused a fire at anytime or death. Among other things these are hands down the worse and if you’re stuck having to rent with this company make sure you understand your tenant rights and request all information about the property you are renting before hand. Laura is amazing! I’m a real estate agent and I deal with property managers all the time. Most are responsive and treat applicants fairly, but unfortunately, there are some out there who are not. …And then there is Laura, who went way above and beyond what is expected from a property manager.
