Waiting 2 t0 4 hours for delivery and when I asked why? I was told that I should have ordered beer because they don't prioritize l LCBO sales. Thats ok all the other delivery companies are so much better in every way. My parents and I have been using B&D for 20+ years and we dont use B&D anymore. The very last time I used B&D. The driver decided to tip himself and on top of that he over charged me for the purchase.
