Answered the phone or text everytime. Came to my residence..replaced 2 belts on 2 mowers. Found unknown problem on one mower. Reasonable for all the work done.
Please be aware of BCS Small Engine Repair. It took them 2 months to repair my lawn mower and my lawn mower came back with a missing chair. The son Cody stated it the chair flew off when he was driving here and promise to come back with another chair even though we paid them for the repair. It has been 3 weeks…and I called several time and all they said was it is too hot we will try to come next time. The first time we went to them in February they were excellent with communication and getting our lawn mowers fixed and delivered to us in a timely manner. However this second time they had our lawn mower for over a month. Communication was no where to be found. Felt ghosted. We constantly had to reach out to them for updates — when Cody did decide to pick up and give updates he was inconsistent. This was not professional at all. They also lost our mower’s seat cushion. These guys put a new blade in my edger the other day and replaced a new blade all at a reasonable price
Called several times, no one ever answered. Sent a request through their website, nothing. Went elsewhere. I don't play like that!
