We hired this brokerage firm in the spring to sell my deceased mother's home. Anne Graves was my agent. I feel like BCS properties did not monitor our transaction like they should have. The highly sensitive transaction and MANY balls were dropped with lots of favoritism towards one of the beneficiaries of the estate. I feel like BCS did not hold true to their fiduciary duties to all of us. I strongly do not recommend them. Annie Graves lied to us about the details of the closing.
