Over all a really good used car dealership I waited 6 months to leave this review and believe me when I say this is the best rebuilt title vehicle dealership in Portland had 0 problems on a rebuilt title BMW I bought back in August staff is really friendly and David did a good job with explaining what was wrong with the car showed me pictures and CarFax which made my buying experience stress free. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at BCR automotive I was looking for a dependable car that wouldn't give me any trouble and they helped me find this lovely 2002 honda civic It is very clean and easy for me to drive which is exactly what I needed the young men there were very patient and polite with me and they didn't try to rush me into a decision It is nice to find a local Portland business that still treats people with real respect. I am very happy with my 'new' car and I feel much safer on the road now. Thank you again

My experience buying was fine. UNTIL a week later which then lasted a month of annoyances. Once the “new car frangrance” wore off and the vehicle smelled awful like mold sand mildew. Not to mention the carpets after BCR had it detailed were soaking wet and when I removed them they smelled of mildew not to mention that smell was just cooking in the car in their lot before I bought it. Great customer service, not pushy at all. They were also willing to work on the price for me on a car that was already priced really well. Will do busieness with them again in the future for sure.
