I did my homework the best I could and ended up at BCR Auto for a Subaru Outback. They had several autos with rebuilt titles but David was very knowledgeable about the cars. He was able to show us photos from the accident and tell us what was replaced. The repair work was done here so they know exactly what the condition was initially and what needed to be done to get it drivable again. No pressure sales and we were very impressed.
Over all a really good used car dealership I waited 6 months to leave this review and believe me when I say this is the best rebuilt title vehicle dealership in Portland had 0 problems on a rebuilt title BMW I bought back in August staff is really friendly and David did a good job with explaining what was wrong with the car showed me pictures and CarFax which made my buying experience stress free. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience at BCR automotive I was looking for a dependable car that wouldn't give me any trouble and they helped me find this lovely 2002 honda civic It is very clean and easy for me to drive which is exactly what I needed the young men there were very patient and polite with me and they didn't try to rush me into a decision It is nice to find a local Portland business that still treats people with real respect. I am very happy with my 'new' car and I feel much safer on the road now. Thank you again
Very unprofessional. The car they let me test drive (2015 Honda Civic - Reconstructed title) hadn’t been serviced in 3 years and had zero fuel. The sales guy could only give me a $10 bill for gas because that’s all he had apparently. First dealership I’ve ever been to where they were completely rigid about the price and unwilling to negotiate. If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a used car from them, and within six days, it needed a new radiator - leaving me stranded out of state for several days. I was met with condescension and word salad when confronting the salesman, David. I understand the meaning of “as is” - but I would think a dealership such as this would be interested in making things right.
