I had a wonderful experience at BCR automotive I was looking for a dependable car that wouldn't give me any trouble and they helped me find this lovely 2002 honda civic It is very clean and easy for me to drive which is exactly what I needed the young men there were very patient and polite with me and they didn't try to rush me into a decision It is nice to find a local Portland business that still treats people with real respect. I am very happy with my 'new' car and I feel much safer on the road now. Thank you again

Great customer service, not pushy at all. They were also willing to work on the price for me on a car that was already priced really well. Will do busieness with them again in the future for sure.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a used car from them, and within six days, it needed a new radiator - leaving me stranded out of state for several days. I was met with condescension and word salad when confronting the salesman, David. I understand the meaning of “as is” - but I would think a dealership such as this would be interested in making things right.
