Unfortunately, in the most recent months we’ve seen a very different and disappointing side of BCM Property. The professionalism and communication we once experienced has significantly declined. Communication has been extremely poor, with last minute notices for things like rental increases and inspections. When concerns are raised, there seems to be little accountability, with responsibility often being shifted back onto the tenant. These ladies go above and beyond to take care of their clients and made my time with BCM smooth-sailing, welcoming, and organised.
