I had BCL do an appraisal on a duplex in N.E Minneapolis . It was the lowest of 3 appraisals. Their appraisal came in at 171,000.00, the second came in at 205,000.00 and the third came in at 210,000.00. The appraiser used incorrect comps (some of which were miles away). Even though there were ample comps close by. I would warn people to stay away from this company . I would never use this company again.
