My personal experience with Brian Jones has been negative and in my opinion he lacks the proper communication skills to deal with the public. He took a screenshot of my son then posted it on Facebook saying, "with a profile photo like this I wouldn't even waste time". He has insulted me by telling me to "get back to bagging groceries" and "get back to work, someone needs your help on isle 7." I suggest taking your business to another person.
