My BMW 530e needed brake pads and rotars replaced, so I called BCI for an estimate as I didn't want to go to the dealership. The price seemed reasonable for the work so I took my car in the next day. Cina was great to work with and kept me updated. They even took care of a nail in my tire which I really appreciated as it saved me a trip to get that fixed. I'll be going back to them for future work on my car.
I dropped off my car for service and they took good care of it. Excellent service.

I also really appreciate their honesty, something that is so important and often times, people have a lack of trust when trying a new mechanic and I can assure you, there is nothing to fear here. I just started with BCI and they will continue to handle my car moving forward.
