the worst property management in history, if you need something fixed it will never happen. i even had a water heater leaking and took 7 days to fix. Also told them about the water leak when it rains into my living room and of course its still leaking , dont make the same mistake that i did
Do not move into BCI properties. Although I moved out in December. Leases terminated approved by manager at Fairgreen . Today, March 2 nd, I am being billed for past 2 months rent along with rent fees totaling $1.794.77. Another tenant that invites the manager into his apartment every morning for coffee, told me the manager said maintenance man doesn't do his job properly and is behind. So she can't put apartment up for rent. I want my deposit and these bills to stop.
I resided in the firehouse apartments for exactly one year, and I must inform you that it was not a satisfactory experience. The primary reason for selecting that particular apartment was the urgency of finding a place to reside. However, I encountered several issues during my tenancy. Despite repeated requests, I did not receive blinds for the windows for the entire year. Additionally, the floors were covered in paint spots. ****BEWARE**** Do not move in to any of their properties. The health department should have shut down the Victoria Park rental property already. If you're apartment becomes infested with fleas, your on your own. And good luck in getting your security deposit back without having to hire a lawyer, even if you pass the walk through inspection. They deserve no stars.
