Greg went above and beyond this morning helping me find a new fin for my SUP. While there weren’t any on the floor, he tracked one down from the latest shipment and brought it out to me. 10/10 service. Mandri (apologies if I’ve spelled that incorrectly) assisted me at checkout—also super lovely and helpful.
Beautiful big store, 1 star rating for customer service. Asked for advice and told up to you Wouldn't be asking for advice if I knew Worst customer service I have experienced in a BCF store
