He was high when he showed up
Owner and company are TRASH. I hired them through National Detail Pros and they didn't even bother to wash my entire RV. They left wax residue all over, paid no attention to detail, and left wax on black plastic fenders. Finally checked out my truck they washed 3 days prior and noticed finger prints on the glass. When I called the owner he made two distinct remarks - "The f**k is this motha' f**ka' talkin' 'bout" and that I was "spittin' dis bulls**t to him." Never showed up for the appointment this morning.
This was easily the worst experience I've had with a small business. I scheduled a full detail on the webpage with a 1:30 drop off time on Saturday afternoon. I assumed, wrongfully so, that a 1:30 appointment meant my car would get detailed at or around 1:30. When I called Saturday night for an update, he informed that it wouldn't be done until tomorrow afternoon. No harm, I thought. Maybe I missed something. Didn’t show up and no communication even after telling me they were on their way 30min before the appointment. I wanted to like these guys because of the convenience - my afternoon with my family was wasted waiting around for a no show.
I don't even know where to begin. after numerous emails I finally booked today's date for a van detailing. We were gifted a $160 Yelp certificate which I was so excited to use. Brent the owner showed up this morning and said that I could no longer redeem for a mini detail package which included the exterior bc it was a van. he knew this is our numerous email exchanges. Did an amazing job on my two extremely dirty cars. Very friendly and efficient.
