Starting with the phone call which was a positive experience, Nathan, the tow truck operator was absolutely fabulous very professional very informed very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do a boost of a vehicle and make recommendations. The service centre itself is also superb in helping us out. Got us a new battery and very timely fashion. Valerie, the other assistant was fabulous just a delight to have helping us in this stressful time. Highly recommend this business at any time.
I had a great experience in this shop. I am visiting from California, and have a long ride home. My old Crown Victoria had a coolant leak I noticed. The mechanics immediately checked out the car and diagnosed the problem. They reassured me I would probably make it home. They did not charge me anything. The entire shop is very clean and has coffee. I highly recommend this shop
Was visiting the Island and experienced a breakdown was redirected to someone's voice mail at the auto service center, a technician or something, they never called me back (still haven't several weeks later) was able to find another mechanic to do the work and made it home in time for work on Saturday.
