Experiencing an unexpected break down and being forced to the side of a very busy road, BCAA came to the rescue. We were told exactly how long the wait would be for Don's Towing in Kamloops and the help from Alex was exceptional. So glad we had BCAA and an expert to pick us up! Thank you!
I had missed a phone call verifying my vehicle information after I had been told the wait was 1.5 hours. I called at the 1.5hour mark after not receiving updates to learn no one had been sent and it would be another hour. I was incredibly frustrated with the situation, but was called directly after as they had fast tracked someone else to be sent within ten minutes. I'm really thankful with how quickly and smoothly they remedied the situation. Thank you to the patient lady on the phone. You were lovely.
