BCAA decided to jack up my home insurance by 30% from 2024 to 2025 despite no claims or increased hazards. I called, expressed my opinion on the obvious cash grab that was my renewal price for 2025 and was told that there was nothing they could do. in the end due to thier incredible inflexibility I had to find other options. and apparently I was able to pay even less than my previous year's insurance with a seperate broker. Glad I left.

Unfortunately, like many other companies, their phone system has no option to connect directly with a real person. Multiple calls for roadside assistance went unanswered.
