Unfortunately, like many other companies, their phone system has no option to connect directly with a real person. Multiple calls for roadside assistance went unanswered.
I recently gave notice to cancel my home insurance coverage with BCAA. I received a renewal email notice and saw that my insurance was going from $14.07 per month to $23.03 per month. That is a significant increase of almost 64%! BCAA did not notify me that my insurance was going to increase. I was told my renewal notice was the increase notification. I am currently in the process of starting up a business which has led to many phone calls to many people. I Spoke to Shakiv on the phone and he was by far the easiest person i've dealt with. He was incredibly through, straight to the point, and insanely helpful, giving us exact figures instantly, helping us choose our plan. idk what that man makes but whatever it is not enough and he needs a raise. 10/10!

My visit to BCAA was for the purchase of travel insurance. The wait to see a rep was kinda long - between 20 and 30 minutes. However, all staff were friendly and there was plenty of seating. Insurance rep was knowledgeable and quick. Insurance rates were better than other quotes i received. They also gave me a discount because i was a new client. Very nice! I was pleased and would recommend getting a quote from BCAA for travel insurance.
