Could not ask for better customer service, Traveled 5 hours from Sacramento, CA to buy truck from William, Truck was as described and clean, communication was impressive William also taught me about the trucks lift gate system and engine, paperwork was already processed and simple, my company driver drove the truck back with no issues and first thing we did is put the truck to work. Thank you!

William sold me a 2002 Impala, we made arrangements for me to buy it in wi, and come to cali to pick it up. There were a couple issues on the way home(back brake pads, MAF sensor, and pvc hose), and he was not available to fix them. I have gotten it home and have taken a good look over it, and its in alright condition now. He did take decent care of this car (it was not a dealership car, but a personal sale).
