I ordered 3 washers that they claimed were ready to go but it ended up being well over a year later when only 2 were finally delivered. They had issues immediately which took weeks to fix. Months later they will not cooperate with the payment app company to make their washers compatible with it. I have tried calling and sent messages a few times with not even a reply. so my company buys a new washer on the first day of use a wire unknowingly came loose shut the hole washer down with a full load stuck in it. we tried getting in touch with the company that sold the washer to us multiple times with no luck, so we called the company B&C them self an they had us fixed an back up an running in less then 5 mins thank you to jimmy @ B&C you saved the day for us!

I contacted them to order dryer parts. The parts manager seemed very annoying and asked me what color the motor was, gave me the part number and unpleasantly told me to order it online. He seemed very reluctant to do this.
