Please be careful and don't get scammed. I had a very bad experience. The person I spoke with was Jimmy, who told me the washer programming would cost $170. Later, he sent me an invoice with an additional $150 charge that was never mentioned beforehand. I also waited five days for an appointment because I was told the technician was busy with other service calls, which I completely understand. I ordered 3 washers that they claimed were ready to go but it ended up being well over a year later when only 2 were finally delivered. They had issues immediately which took weeks to fix. Months later they will not cooperate with the payment app company to make their washers compatible with it. I have tried calling and sent messages a few times with not even a reply. so my company buys a new washer on the first day of use a wire unknowingly came loose shut the hole washer down with a full load stuck in it. we tried getting in touch with the company that sold the washer to us multiple times with no luck, so we called the company B&C them self an they had us fixed an back up an running in less then 5 mins thank you to jimmy @ B&C you saved the day for us!
