You don't have to pay for parking to use this. It clearly says that. It was easy to use, took two seconds. People sure love to complain with little information. Just read the signs.
I could not get it to stop, so had to manually pull the plug on my Ioniq5. The app took me the wrong way, a bit hard to find the entrance to the lot, you have to pay for parking, and it was very very slow, so I packed up and went over to the Chevron, a proper fast charger.
