They are scammers. They claim their procedures are covered by extended health and the customer has to pay up front, even demanding payment before your session. GreenShield did not cover it. Also after further consultation with my dentist and GP I was advised I did not need the $3000 orthotic they tried to sell me based on their "tests". See a neurologist for your headaches instead.
I came to BC Head Pain Institute for a severe TMJ problem. I had headcahes, neck pain and jaw pain daily and chronic for over 6 months. I was told they would be able to help me and seemed very confident about what the condition was and they had complete trust in their treatment plan.
