Morgan went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and extremely kind. She possesses excellent communication skills. I contacted her by phone to order a charm for my daughter. She ensured it was available, sent me a link to pay, and communicated with me the entire time. I highly recommend Morgan. She is a pleasure to work with.
