An amazing experience! My sales professional, Lisa, listened to what I was looking for in a wedding band and even gave some options I had not known about before. She was very kind and gave great feedback and I really appreciated her expertise and honest thoughts on some options to help me narrow things down. Highly recommend visiting for any jewelry needs!
Nora M in customer service was beyond rude! Asked to have a watch battery replaced in my husband’s Shinola watch. When we went to pick it up, my husband noticed the time wasn’t correct. He had never set the time on this watch so he started to move the dial. From the desk, Nora rudely says “LOCKED, it’s LOCKED!!” We just looked at her.
