Play phone games. Currently changing company names to run from past issues. Very disrespectful, lying workers. Lied to me and my family about our trade in and their car’s price. Calculated that a 22k car would cost 4k in taxes? It’s almost like these guys don’t know how to do their own job. Good luck to the new owners, hopefully they quit all the current people for the better of their own business. Worst used car lot I’ve ever seen.
FRAUD! Don’t go. Waste of a day. Coming out of state 5 hour drive to dealership. Dealer agreed on the sale price and processing fee only. Sales person did not disclose any other charges. Once at the dealer, Finance person says there is a dealer prep fee $2,250, $995 accusation fee $895 destination fee, and $250 processing fee. I said Sales guy didn’t disclose any fees expect for a processing fee. He said you should know that. Seriously? Sales person didn’t disclose it.
