I brought my car in for a steering alignment after replacing my passenger tie rods myself. The work performed was unsatisfactory. The tech was unable to loosen the jamnut on the passenger tie rod, and I had to advise them that the nut he was trying to loosen was left hand threaded. They were unable to loosen the driver's side to adjust it, and in the process they rounded off one of the faces of the jamnut.
