I am a real estate agent who negotiates short sales. I am working on a short sale of a property in Castle Rock Colorado. The offer package and supporting docs were sent to Compass on October 14. Compass holds the second mortgage. The first is going to be entirely paid off. Compass's negotiator- who is a nice woman, btw- is not returning ANY of my phone calls or voice messages since the increased offer was sent to her December 22.
