Wrong location
placed a hold on my account that other branches of BB&T did not. Customer service couldn't justify it. don't do anything here, unless you want to spend way too much time trying to get access to your own money.
Very customer unfriendly. If the lobby is closed one MUST be in a vehicle to be serviced. The atm requires parking and walking....and if you find your account low and need to transfer funds at the teller window, don't try and walk around the corner to the drive thru window. You'll get an endless list of "why nots" and the "can'ts". Not a good presentation for BB&T.
This is a drivethrouh only branch you cannot go in the lobby.
