Every time I come to the drive through you have to wait way to long. And I have sat at the window and the cashiers see me but do not come and help. I miss the service in Collegedale branch when they moved Suntrust to BB&T in Ooltewah.

I am a BB&T and SunTrust customer and went to this location to get a document I needed to sell my boat. They wrote the information I had requested on a post-it note and would not print me an official letter. They claimed they didn’t do this even though I was told by their national customer service that I needed to go into a local branch to get what I needed. I called the East Brainerd branch and they took care of the issue without a hassle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch.

Always had good experiences at this location. The office is clean and the staff are kind and professional. I trust BB&T to handle all my financials.

This bank doesn’t even deserve one start. Worst bank you’ll ever walk into. STAY AWAY FROM BB&t bank. Literally anywhere is better than bb&t. If you have bb&t switch to another bank. They lie, they don’t return phone calls, slow as Christmas. They people working there that do know what they are doing. I thought TVFCU was bad but bb&t is HORRIBLE.
