This is one of the worst banks in the world
Stay away from this bank they could care less about your money. You call to make a claim and they will lie about processing it. You go to the bank for your fraud claim and the paperwork will be all incorrect I have been waiting a week and still have about another week to get money stolen from me. Absolutely the worse customer service and all kinds of hidden or excessive fee I mean hundred and hundreds in fees for something they DID NOT take care of
Ok so I have overdraft protection and ended up with a $.10 and $5.91 overdrawn balance. Yes the bank paid my overdrafts but then charged me $36.00 for each transaction. I think this is so ridiculous that I was charged $76.00 for a $6.00 overdraft. Also to use anyone's ATM besides BB&T even a free ATM the bank charges me $3.50 per transaction.
