Worst banking experience of my life. Choose another bank.
Have loved banking at BB&T for close to 30 years. Not happy since merger. Can't get information about my account even when I have all the account number information, because they haven't really merged, just closed the BB&T locations. No branch convenient to my life. Even though there wasn't a brance near where I lived, there was a branch very convenient to places I am/places I go. Considering a change after all these years.
I just paid off a business loan last month and no one, including the branch, can pull up any information on it. I was given 2 different 800 numbers and the run around for over an hour on the phone. I will never bank with this company again.
Can you please open up a branch near Hixson Tennessee.. There aren't any here up North. Thank you very much!
