I could’nt be happier with my experience at Truist (ROEBUCK). Their customer service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
The banker who assisted me was rude, uncaring, and misleading. She said her name was Shawanna. I am not sure if that is her correct name but she provided a horrible experience.
Drive thru is NOT OPEN at 8:30 as listed here online.
Sure they won't last long I was told my business account didn't exist but just opened it 7 days ago in person made a deposit and was confused about the process I didn't know if it was over or just starting the child working the drive thru didn't say a word I got my receipt and drove away I will definitely be taking my money out of this account ASAP big scam if you ask me
Truist is the worst bank ever! Please do not put a cent of your money in this bank. I opened an account online last Wednesday. The following day, I went into a branch to make the initial deposit. The next day, I tried logging into my online banking and I had been locked out. I called customer service and Finally after getting transferred to 20+ people, I reach someone who says my accoutn has been closed due to fraudulent activity. Ridiculous.
