I reached out to have my dryer repaired, as it was not drying. Coordinating a time for them to come out had some hiccups, but they seemed very busy so that's no big deal. The repair technician came out and he was a very nice person who cleaned out the dryer vents. The dryer still doesn't dry though. It gets hot but it doesn't dry. I requested for a technician to come to my home on 7/2/21 to repair my over the range microwave. A guy came and told me the whole microwave would need to be replaced but would need to find a replacement. He charged me a $150 service call fee which was fine because it would be subtracted from my overall bill if I use there service. The technician said he would call me back and give me an update however he never called back.
