I highly recomended them! It was 2 weeks from when I walked in the door with a design for a BBQ island with a firepit table top till it was installed. 1st week was back and forth a few times with changes, than next week they build it out, and had it installed Friday. The installers were prompt, very kind, and done a great job. I am already thinking of a lower firepit to have them build.
I bought my Big Green Egg from the BBQ Grill Outlet and it has been a great addition to the backyard. I was not sure about buying one until I went into the store and talked to Gary. He gave some great pointers and I couldn't be happier with it. Price was just right too. Thanks!
Wonderful Product, Service & Price! – We were all set to have an outdoor BBQ island (frame and backer board) built and installed by another company (BBQ's Galore in Brea) when I happened to come across BBQ Grill Outlet on the internet. Bait and Switch – I went to both the El Toro and Santa Ana Locations to buy fire glass from the store. In the El Toro location the sales people were not knowledgeable on their own products and kept having to call the Santa Ana location for the answer to almost every question I had about the fire glass and fire glass pebbles. I took home some samples and tried them out a decided I liked them. So when I finally decided to buy the product the first told me one of the samples on display was not in stock and they didn't sell it. ... read more
Business response:
Bait and switch is not what happened. The recycled glass they wanted varies each time it?s purchased. The customer was aware of this before they purchased. We let them go through our entire inventory to pick colors that worked best for them and refunded their money when they wanted to return the glass. We are sorry it didn't work out but the color difference was entirely outside our control.
My Backyard Paradise – The island looks fabulous, wonderful, terrific, outstanding, exceptional...we love it!!! All of your "guys" are exceptional from their work to the good manners. It was a pleasure to work with them when they came out to the house...The clean up was great and Eileen was so gracious and on top of everything- that's why everthing went so smoothly. Fire Magic Grill – The Fire Magic Echelon 660i with the Magic View Window is the Mercedes of grills. I can say that the window is absolutely worth the money. As far as cleaning the inside of the window, it only needs a Clorex wipe or a sparay of degreaser...maybe one a month, not bad at all. We are very pleased with our entire setup and island construction, and your excellent service. Thanks again.
