Only had this place once before and the food was really good and the service was decent… today I walked in placed my order at 12 pm and was notified that it would be about 20 mins. Which was fine… no one in the store when I ordered and 10 mins later someone else came in and ordered. It’s currently 12:37pm and somehow the person who ordered 10 mins after me got their food before me… I heard the cashier who was nice talk to the cook in the back and it seemed like something was missed.. my lunch break has been over and I still ... read more
Minor delay for my order so they offered me a free drink for the wait. Very kind of them. The wings are always delicious. Excited for my team to try them. Thank you bb.q team. I appreciate it. For the future, I’ll make sure to call to make sure my order was received.
Very overpriced for what it is. Ordered “spicy” and got sweet chicken with no heat or real flavor. Also, the music being played is way too loud I couldnt even have a conversation.
