We waited over an hour for a pick up order and the chicken came out cold. How is that even possible? What were we even waiting for?? The staff and kitchen were extremely disorganized and the only reason to add another star to the service is because the servers were nice and patient. I cannot believe I spent close to $40 on cold chicken. UnbelievableĀ
