We did a pick-up order at bb.q chicken Apple Park today but decided to just eat it at the restaurant instead because we were so hungry. The person who was in charge of the cashier graciously offered us cups of water and service even if we had a take-out order. This location has always been amazing and the chicken itself (spicy original is our usual order) has been consistent throughout the 5+ years we've been coming here!Â
Donât recommend this for lace. Too long waiting timeÂ
This place is always super busy with online orders; specifically during weekends or special occasion days. Preordered chicken here like 30 mins before I got there and still had to wait another extra 20 mins when i got there despite it saying almost ready. If known it wouldâve tooken an extra 20 mins I wouldâve ran some other errands in the meantime. We came here last night for the first time and it was a total disaster. As soon as we walked in to sit at the table, the cashier told us that it was late and if we wanted to order we could do only to go because they were about to close at 9pm and it was 8:30-8:35pm. We had my young kids and wanted to enjoy our meal but we just ordered to go.
