I usually order BBQ Chicken from here because it’s always delicious, but lately, the quality has really gone down. Today was the worst. The chicken was incredibly dry and tough to chew. To make matters worse, the Golden Fried Chicken—which is usually so crispy and amazing—was completely soggy. Overall, it was just really bad today. I’m very disappointed.Â
