Sergio went way beyond the call of duty and was very kind and helpful
I cannot recommend Sergio any higher, but I would give him ten stars if they were available. He was able to quickly resolve our plugged up water heater and did so at a very reasonable cost.
I hired BBmotorhomes to fix some electrical issues with my motorhome caused by a power surge. Sergio responded immediately and I made an appointment. He responded even though I was quite a distance out in the Everglades. He showed when he said he would and was very professional and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired quickly. The problem and everything done was explained to me. His price was very reasonable and fair. Sergio is the BEST RV mechanic that I’ve ever dealt with. He is responsive, prompt, extremely knowledgeable and moreover, transparent. Not only did he provide service with a smile but he also taught us a few things too which will help us along the way in being safer and save money. The best part is that he comes to you, no more having to wait forever while your coach sits in a shop with call after call about all the things that they say are wrong and all the $$$ it will cost you.
