Yesterday I bought my first ever Honda Ruckus. The customer service was amazing along with how fast we were in and out. It was also great to meet Toni who also had a ruckus. I will be coming back to explore more options for my ruckus. Thank you! I love it!!

Outstanding Customer Service! We contacted a dealer in Joliet and wanted to charge us over $2000 more than the sticker price for the bike were were looking at. We called BBK and in 5 minutes these guys were able to cut off most of the price and had a way better sales representative that was responsive and wanted our business. These guys even stayed after closing to allow us time to drive the hour needed to get to them to get the bike the same day. Can not thank you guys enough. Just picked up my new Honda Fury from BBK and I could not be happier with my purchase or with the service I received. Brian, the owner, was the first person I spoke with upon walking in. I wasn't sure what I was looking for as this was only my second bike, and I hadn't owned one or ridden in 6 years.
