I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Gulati. It is very difficult to find a Plastic Surgeon who accepts Medicare. He is accessible, several times when I had a question, he called me back and did not just pass along a message. I found his office staff extremely proficient; his assistant Morgan is awesome and he has a nice office conveniently located off Preston that is very convenient. I know he is highly qualified and I highly recommend him.
